We reserve the right to verify your location through IP address tracking and other technical means. Players accessing the platform from restricted jurisdictions or using VPN services to circumvent geographic restrictions will have their accounts closed and funds forfeited.
You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Indonesian law. You confirm that you are not legally restricted from participating in online gaming activities due to bankruptcy, court order, or any other legal impediment. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of koinqq's services complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
If you have previously self-excluded from koinqq or any other online gaming operator, you must not create a new account. To use koinqq's services, you must create a personal account by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and residential address in Indonesia. All information provided must match the details on your Indonesian KTP (national ID card). You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must notify us immediately of any changes.
Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) account with koinqq. Creating multiple accounts, using accounts belonging to others, or allowing others to use your account is strictly prohibited. If we detect multiple accounts linked to the same individual (through duplicate personal information, payment methods, IP addresses, device fingerprints, or other means), all accounts will be closed, funds will be forfeited, and any bonuses or winnings will be void.
koinqq is required to verify the identity of all players as part of our anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance procedures. Within 72 hours of account registration, you must upload a clear photo or scan of your Indonesian KTP showing your full name, date of birth, photo, and ID number. Additional documentation may be requested at any time, including proof of address (utility bill or bank statement) and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete verification within the requested timeframe will result in account limitations, including inability to withdraw funds.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. You agree to immediately notify koinqq of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. koinqq will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security. We recommend using a strong password combining uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters, and enabling two-factor authentication if available.
The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate account termination:
koinqq accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata) and e-wallet services (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account status. Deposits are typically processed instantly, though bank transfers may take 2-5 minutes depending on your bank's processing time.
All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name and matching the name on your koinqq account. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited. If we detect deposits from payment methods not registered to you, the funds will be returned to the source (minus any processing fees), your account may be suspended pending investigation, and you may be required to provide additional documentation proving payment method ownership.
You may request a withdrawal of your account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:
koinqq processes withdrawal requests within 15 minutes during business hours (08:00-17:00 WIB, Monday through Friday). Withdrawals requested outside business hours will be processed the following business day. Bank transfer withdrawals typically arrive in your account within 15-60 minutes after processing, depending on your bank. E-wallet withdrawals may take up to 2 hours for first-time transactions requiring additional verification. Subsequent withdrawals to verified e-wallets are typically processed within 30 minutes.
koinqq does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transfer fees. Daily withdrawal limits are as follows:
VIP tier eligibility is determined by monthly wagering volume. Players requiring higher withdrawal limits may contact customer support to discuss custom arrangements.
koinqq is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. All deposits must be wagered at least one (1) time before withdrawal. Deposits that are withdrawn without any betting activity may be subject to an administrative processing fee of 5% to cover payment processor costs. Suspicious transaction patterns, including frequent deposits and immediate withdrawals, structuring deposits to avoid reporting thresholds, or unusually large transactions inconsistent with your profile, will be flagged for investigation and may result in account suspension pending review.
koinqq offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be clearly stated in the promotional materials. By claiming a bonus, you agree to be bound by those specific terms in addition to these general Terms & Conditions. Bonuses are offered at koinqq's sole discretion and may be modified, suspended, or terminated at any time without prior notice.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the number of times you must bet the bonus amount before it converts to withdrawable funds. The standard wagering requirement for deposit match bonuses is 8x (eight times) the bonus amount. For example, if you receive a Rp 1,000,000 bonus, you must place bets totaling Rp 8,000,000 before you can withdraw the bonus or any winnings derived from it. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and will be clearly stated in the bonus terms.
Different games contribute different percentages toward meeting wagering requirements:
For example, a Rp 100,000 bet on slots counts as Rp 100,000 toward wagering requirements, while a Rp 100,000 bet on live casino blackjack counts as Rp 50,000.
All bonuses have an expiration period, typically 30 days from the date of activation. You must complete the wagering requirements within this timeframe. If the wagering requirements are not met before the bonus expires, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited, though your original deposit remains withdrawable (subject to any deposit wagering requirements).
koinqq reserves the right to cancel bonuses and void any associated winnings if we determine that a player has abused or attempted to abuse bonuses. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses, coordinating with other players to meet wagering requirements, betting on all outcomes of an event to guarantee bonus conversion, using betting systems or strategies specifically designed to exploit bonus terms, or making deposits solely to claim bonuses without genuine intent to play.
All bets placed on koinqq are subject to acceptance by our system. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any bet at our discretion. Bets are considered accepted when they appear in your bet history with a "Confirmed" status. Until a bet is confirmed, it is not valid. Bets placed on events that have already started may be voided, except for live in-play betting markets which remain open during events.
Minimum and maximum bet amounts vary by game type, market, and player account status. Standard minimum bets range from Rp 10,000 to Rp 50,000 depending on the event. Maximum bet limits are determined by koinqq and may be adjusted at any time based on risk management considerations. Players who consistently win large amounts may have their betting limits reduced. VIP players may request higher betting limits by contacting customer support.
Odds displayed on koinqq are subject to change at any time until a bet is confirmed. When you place a bet, you accept the odds displayed at the time of bet placement. If odds change before your bet is confirmed, you will be notified and given the option to accept the new odds or cancel the bet. For live in-play betting, odds change rapidly based on match events—you accept that odds may change between the time you select a bet and the time your bet is submitted.
Bets are settled based on official results as determined by koinqq. For sports betting, we use official results published by the relevant sports governing bodies (FIFA, UEFA, AFC, PSSI for Indonesian football, etc.). For togel draws, we use official draw results from the relevant lottery operator. For sabung ayam, we settle bets based on the outcome declared by the arena operator. Settlement times vary by event but typically occur within 1 hour of event conclusion for sports, immediately after draw for togel, and immediately after match conclusion for sabung ayam.
Bets may be voided (cancelled with stakes returned) in the following circumstances:
When a bet is voided, your stake is returned to your account but the bet does not count toward any bonus wagering requirements.
koinqq reserves the right to impose maximum winning limits on certain bet types and events. The standard maximum payout per single bet is Rp 500,000,000 (five hundred million Rupiah). For accumulator bets (mix parlay), the maximum payout is Rp 1,000,000,000 (one billion Rupiah). These limits may be reduced for specific events or markets at koinqq's discretion. Any winnings exceeding these limits will be paid up to the maximum amount only.
koinqq strives to maintain continuous service availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. We are not liable for service disruptions caused by technical failures, maintenance, server downtime, internet connectivity issues, or events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure). Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible, but emergency maintenance may occur without notice.
In the event of obvious technical errors affecting odds, bet acceptance, game outcomes, or account balances, koinqq reserves the right to void affected bets and correct account balances retroactively. "Obvious errors" include but are not limited to: odds displayed significantly different from market average (e.g., 50.00 when typical odds are 2.00), bets accepted after an event has concluded, duplicate bet entries caused by system malfunction, or account balance discrepancies caused by software bugs.
You acknowledge that online gaming carries inherent financial risk and that you may lose money. You are solely responsible for your betting decisions and any losses incurred. koinqq is not liable for any losses resulting from your use of the platform, including losses caused by your own errors (e.g., selecting the wrong bet, misunderstanding odds, exceeding your intended budget). We provide responsible gaming tools to help you maintain control, but ultimate responsibility for your gambling behavior rests with you.

Disputes arising from third-party games should be directed to the game provider through koinqq's customer support, and we will act as an intermediary to seek resolution.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, koinqq shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or emotional distress. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms & Conditions or your use of koinqq's services shall not exceed the amount of deposits you made to koinqq in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
You may close your koinqq account at any time by contacting customer support. Before account closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance and ensure all pending bets are settled. If you have active bonuses with incomplete wagering requirements, those bonuses will be forfeited upon account closure. Voluntary account closure is permanent—you may not reopen the same account or create a new account in the future without koinqq's express written consent.
koinqq reserves the right to suspend your account temporarily pending investigation if we detect suspicious activity, potential terms violations, or unresolved payment issues. During suspension, you will not be able to place bets or withdraw funds, but your account balance will be preserved. If the investigation concludes that no violation occurred, your account will be reinstated. If a violation is confirmed, your account may be permanently terminated as described below.
koinqq may terminate your account immediately and without prior notice if we determine that you have:
Upon termination, any remaining account balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you after deducting any amounts owed to koinqq. If your account was terminated for fraud, money laundering, or other serious violations, koinqq reserves the right to forfeit all funds and winnings and report your activities to relevant authorities.
Accounts that remain inactive (no login or betting activity) for 12 consecutive months will be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts may be charged an administrative maintenance fee of Rp 50,000 per month deducted from the account balance. If the balance reaches zero, the account will be closed. You will receive email notification at least 30 days before any maintenance fees are applied. To avoid this, simply log in and place at least one bet within each 12-month period.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by international gaming regulations under which koinqq operates. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of koinqq's services shall be resolved under those international regulations and general principles of contract law. Where Indonesian law does not conflict with koinqq's international licensing requirements, Indonesian legal standards will be given consideration in dispute resolution.
If you have a complaint or dispute with koinqq, you must first contact our customer support team through live chat, email ([email protected]), or WhatsApp. We will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 5 business days. Most disputes are resolved at this stage through good-faith discussion. If your dispute is not resolved through customer support, you may escalate it to our management team for formal review.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal complaint process, you agree that the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration rather than court proceedings. Arbitration will be conducted by a mutually agreed-upon neutral arbitrator. The arbitration will be conducted in English and the arbitrator's decision will be final and binding on both parties. Each party shall bear its own costs in arbitration.
Any claim or dispute arising from your use of koinqq's services must be filed within six (6) months of the event giving rise to the claim. Claims filed after this limitation period will be barred. For example, if you dispute a bet settlement, you must raise the dispute within six months of the settlement date.
